A journey about web marketing, content marketing & brand marketing. All combined together, delivering ROI. Talking about targeting, engagement, conversion and analytics.
Tom De Baere, co-owner of Invisible Puppy, gave some insights in how the market is evolving and how companies can survive in this rapidly changing world. Not the strongest, but the most disruptive and innovate companies will survive, and grow. Grow!

Delivering customer success is important at iRelate, so this is why we have asked two of our customers to present their case.
Ismaël Ben-Al-Lal, owner at iLumen & Futech, explained how innovation in a digital marketing strategy was possible. iLumen’s PIDbox regenerates solar panels affected by Potential Induced Degradation and prevents them from PID in the future. This way you can achieve the maximum potential of your solar panels.

In less than 7 months a new website, online strategy, blog & marketing automation tool were set up. Campaigns were automated. Prospect data and leads flow in like sponged gold. Yes, we did it together! With a proven ROI. Ready for the ambitious plan iLumen has.

VUB (Vrije Universiteit van Brussel, Free University of Brussels) gave insight in their plans & achievements. Having invested in for CRM, but needing a broader Marketing Automation solution to replace Addemar. They, as well as iLumen, has chosen Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua) as platform. We learned how content and context are aligned. “Learning about the fun stuff, as well the necessary evil” to quote Heleen van Schooneveld.

The presenters were offered some of the best Belgian chocolates. A moment on the lips, a lifetime on the hips. So they don’t forget us (quick). Delivering customer experience! Or not? At least we had a great time in our journey to inspire companies.
